Ravaber expands its stonewool production capacity

Starting its third production line in Kayseri - Turkey, Ravaber, the joint venture between the Ravago Group and Beşler Tekstil, has increased its annual stonewool production capacity from 70.000 tons to 110.000 tons. With this increase, Ravaber remains the biggest stonewool producer in Turkey and the broader region, with the latest technology for stonewool production.

Stonewool is usually used as external wall insulation, partition wall board, floating floor and sandwich panels for thermal insulation, acoustic insulation and fire resistance

Ravaber also just started ceramic fiber production for the first time in Turkey and as the third ceramic fiber producer in Europe. Ravaber Ceramic Fiber has excellent strength before and after heating and excellent thermal insulation characteristic. Ceramic fiber’s maximum continuous use temperature is 1600° C, especially used where high temperature insulation is required such as furnaces and heat exchangers of glass, iron and cement production plants.
